But when I say Gumnut Blossom, you guys know what I mean so let's continue...\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhat's not to love about them.  They come in an eye watering number of colours and varieties; they come from our beloved Eucalyptus trees; and they are iconically Aussie and beautiful.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy Brooches ?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSo it's a thing again right !  Brooches have come a long way since the Cameo your grandma used to wear.  And a lot of people aren't getting their ears pierced these days...so...\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEnter the modern era of the must-have accessory.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYep - the BROOCH IS BACK baby and it's funkier than ever !\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter quite a few enquiries in the shop as to whether we carry brooches, well let's just say \"challenge accepted !\"\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI put on my design hat, and over the next few months created my own take on the once humble brooch, a range of beautiful, colourful and (if I don't say so myself) pretty stylish yet fun brooches featuring Australian Flora and Fauna (and a few other plants and animals that I couldn't resist).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd you know what...I have actually started wearing them myself and I must say I am starting to feel a bit naked without one.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe designs are cut on our own own laser cutter out of Australian made 'no-nasties' ply and locally sourced glitter acrylic.  They are then hand painted, hand dome cast using Australian made plant based bio-resin.
